How owner financing works

Here is the process from the first call to receiving your keys. Each home has its own price and down payment, so call to confirm the details.

The financing

The owner finances the home directly

With owner financing, the property owner finances the purchase. You agree on the price, down payment, and payments for that specific home, and the financing is originated through a licensed lender. You do not need a traditional bank loan to begin.

The requirements

Qualify with proof of income

Qualification is based on your ability to pay, shown through proof of income. No credit history is required. If you do not have a Social Security number, an ITIN is accepted. Each home lists its required down payment.

Call in English or Spanish and ask about the home you want. We confirm the price, down payment, and availability, then schedule a showing if it is a fit. When you decide to move forward, the paperwork is completed with the licensed lender.
